General Rules & Regulations (DPSP College)

1. Attendance Rules Minimum 80% in theory and 90% in practical Classes attendance is compulsory. Students below this may not be allowed to sit in exams. Leave must be applied in advance.

2. Punctuality Students must reach on time for classes. Late entry may not be permitted without valid reason.

3. Dress Code Proper uniform or dress code must be followed. Neat and clean appearance is mandatory. ID card should be worn at all times.

4. Discipline & Behavior Students must maintain good behavior and respect towards teachers and staff. Fighting, bullying, or misbehavior is strictly prohibited. Use of abusive language is not allowed.

5. Mobile Phone & Gadgets Mobile phones are usually not allowed in classrooms. If allowed, they must be used only for academic purposes. Misuse can lead to confiscation.

6. Academic Integrity No cheating or unfair means in exams. Assignments must be original work. Plagiarism is punishable.

7. Campus Cleanliness Students must keep the campus clean and hygienic. No littering or damaging property.

8. Library Rules Maintain silence in the library. Books must be returned on time. Loss/damage of books must be compensated.

9. Use of College Property Furniture, labs, and equipment must be handled carefully. Any damage will result in a fine or disciplinary action.

10. Anti-Ragging Policy Ragging is strictly prohibited. Strict action is taken against offenders.

11. Examination Rules Students must carry admit card/ID. Follow all exam instructions strictly. Late entry may not be allowed.

12. Leave & Permission Prior permission required for leave. Medical leave must be supported with proof.

13. Participation in Activities Students are encouraged to join sports, cultural, and academic activities. Discipline must be maintained during events.
